No. Lotus Miami Experiences is not a 24-hour concierge or on-demand travel management service. We focus on what we do best: curating and coordinating your experience before your arrival, so you land with everything already in place.

There are six steps: a discovery consultation, your Experience Questionnaire, our curation of your itinerary, your review of the proposal, approval and payment, and finally the delivery of your personalized Experience Guide.

First-time visitors, couples, honeymooners, milestone celebrations, girls’ trips, family vacations, executive and business travel, corporate retreats, and guests attending Miami’s major events such as Art Basel, Formula 1, the Miami Open, and Miami Swim Week.

Our itineraries are designed around your group, whether you are travelling as a couple or with family and friends. Our Small Event Coordination service is ideal for gatherings of approximately 10–75 guests.

Absolutely. Many of our clients live in Miami and use us for luxury staycations, celebrations, and hosting visiting friends and family. You do not need to be travelling from out of town.

Luxury dining, restaurant reservation coordination, transportation, wellness and spa experiences, shopping, art and cultural attractions, beach clubs, romantic and family-friendly experiences, seasonal recommendations, and hidden local gems.

Yes. We coordinate reservations with our trusted partners as part of your curated itinerary. Availability is ultimately determined by each venue, and where a first choice is unavailable we will present a thoughtfully selected alternative.

Yes. Transportation planning and coordination with our trusted partners is part of our curation. The service itself is fulfilled directly by the transportation provider.

We provide accommodation recommendations aligned with your travel style. Bookings are completed directly with the property, with our guidance throughout.

We do not sell tickets. We advise on which experiences are worth your time and help coordinate your plans around them, with tickets purchased through the official provider.

Every itinerary is custom by design. Nothing is templated — your experience is built around the details you share in your consultation and Experience Questionnaire.

If your package includes revisions, we will refine your proposal based on your feedback before your final Experience Guide is prepared. Significant changes after your itinerary is finalized may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Your Experience Guide includes the details you need for your stay. As we are not an on-demand concierge, in-stay requests are limited. Guests who would like a higher level of support may choose our Luxury Lifestyle Experience.

We recommend booking at least two to four weeks before your visit. For holiday weekends, Art Basel, Formula 1, the Miami Open, and other major events, booking several months in advance is highly recommended.

Yes. We curate experiences for executive and business travel, corporate retreats, and corporate social events, with the same attention to detail as our leisure itineraries.

No venue can be guaranteed. We draw on long-standing relationships across Miami to secure the best possible options, but availability is ultimately set by each restaurant, venue, or provider.
